Allie Kusnierczyk is a Primary Health Care Nurse Practitioner with a decade of experience across mental health, hormone health, pediatrics, and acute care. She has worked in a variety of hospital and community settings including psychiatry, pediatrics, critical care, obstetrics, and emergency medicine.
Allie works with children, adolescents, and adults navigating concerns related to ADHD, mood, anxiety, and hormone-related changes, including perimenopause and menopause. She has a particular interest in the connection between mental health and hormones and enjoys helping patients make sense of complex or overlapping symptoms.
Allie takes a collaborative, patient-centered approach to care. She focuses on creating a space where individuals feel heard, understood, and supported, while working together to explore underlying contributors to symptoms and build a clear, individualized plan. Her approach is holistic and evidence-informed, integrating medical treatment, lifestyle strategies, and supplementation.
Allie is passionate about supporting individuals who may have felt overlooked or dismissed in the healthcare system. She believes in looking beyond what is “normal” to help patients move toward feeling their best, and values building long-term relationships that support meaningful and sustainable change over time.
At FORWARD, Allie provides virtual assessment and treatment of ADHD, Anxiety and Mood.
